WARRANTY

Portable Partitions Hong Kong fully warrants its products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of delivery.

Product defects arising from faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be replaced or repaired to a serviceable condition free of charge to the original purchaser for said 3 years, providing the products have been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s printed assembly instructions.

Portable Partitions Hong Kong MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

Portable Partitions Hong Kong makes no other warranties except for the warranties expressly set forth above. All repairs and returns must be approved in writing by the factory before action is taken.

The product purchase date and copy of the invoice are required to process and authorize any warranty claim.

Repair or replacement in accordance with the foregoing procedure is the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any defective products, whether buyer’s claim arises under contract, tort or otherwise, and in any event, Portable Partitions Hong Kong’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the products purchased.
